Silicone fabric hoses
Our competence - textile reinforced silicone fabric hose
For applications in which the medium is passed through the hose at a certain pressure, a silicone fabric hose is required.
Silicone fabric hoses are a combination of a standard silicone hose with a textile braid that is fixed by a silicone coating. This composite creates a pressure-resistant silicone hose.
Variants silicone fabric hose
Lindemann Silicone manufactures fabric hoses with
- Inner diameters from 2 mm to 50 mm
- Outer diameters from 6 mm to 65 mm
The inner hose and the outer silicone layer can be produced with any silicone rubber.
As with the standard silicone hoses, tissue hoses can also be produced:
- Peroxide tissue hoses
- Platinum-crosslinked fabric hoses
The standard fabric hose is manufactured with a:
- 70° Shore Blend
- Inner hose transparent
- Textile braid glass silk
- Outer layer transparent or red
On special customer request:
- Mixture between 60° - 80° Shore
- Various textile braids
- Any other color
- Textile reinforcement with multiple reinforcement
- Two layers of reinforcement for particularly high pressure loads

As reinforcement we offer the following textiles:
- Polyester | especially suitable for dynamic pressures
- Glass Silk | for static pressures with high temperature
- Aramid | both temperature-resistant and suitable for high dynamic pressures
